The double suites with single occupancy are the prefect compromise for guests that intend holiday in complete privacy and maximum comfort. Perfectly suited for business trips or holiday by single, where the night rest is inviolable. Often the choice of a room with double use as single is perfect for friends traveling together, who love to share the day, but prefer to maintain their full privacy in the hours of sleep.
The spacious single suite has air conditioning independent, modern private bathroom with large shower, pose suitcases, wardrobe with minibar, desk and chair, a safe, kettle, flat screen satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Double bed in use single with double pillows and linens grade cotton. All towels are terry. On request, a bathrobe, slippers, shaving kit and toothpaste, beach towels are available. Internet point available in the common area, public parking in the area and by reservation.
Breakfast is available each morning from 07:30 AM to 10:00 AM in at the bar just outside the building. Guests will receive a ticket pointing out name and location of the bar where Guests have to go. The ticket allows to enjoy Italian breakfast. Extra fee by room is requested to enjoy the great Deluxe Breakfast buffet.
Our facility is located downtown, next to the Railway Station of La Spezia Central, 50 meters from the bus stop, pedestrian area and taxi. Quiet and far by city traffic and perfect for quickly reach the beautiful Cinque Terre and other most interesting spots of the area. Just behind the corner, restaurants, shopping and entertainment, some 900 meters from the harbor.

**If you think to arrive before or after the check-in time please notify to us sending us an email, otherwise it could be that you can not find anyone to your arrival.
We recommend that you communicate well in advance the time of arrival at the facility, especially if it falls outside of normal reception hours. If you are unable to respect the schedule please call our phone number to make special arrangements, but on occasions a system is available that allows to the late Guest the room access.
Remember that there is not a reception service available at all hours of the day so please let us know the time and place of arrival at least 24 hours before. Arriving to the facility without having notified may cause situation that can not be a reason for complaints or claims for repayments. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation and only after confirmation, the staff will provide the instructions to access the room. You can notify this information by sending us an email or calling us.
Check-in after hours is in no way guaranteed and the Management reserves the right to apply a fee of € 75.00 where deemed necessary. Guests must provide a valid credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) at check-in as a guarantee. We do not accept Postepay or prepaid cards.
